Kathmandu, Dec. 30: Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel Monday again urged party president Sher Bahadur Deuba panel to withdraw the unilaterally taken decisions.
Poudel was unhappy with party chief Deuba for taking decisions on the 14th general convention and formation of party departments by the Central Working Committee, which was boycotted by his faction.
During a meeting with NC vice-president Bimalendra Nidhi, Poudel reiterated his demand.
Nidhi reached Poudel residence in Bohoratar to woo the latter.
Nidhi urged Poudel not to cast any doubt on the decisions and come together to resolve problems.
During meeting, NC CWC member Hirdayaram Thani was also present
Thani informed that Poudel objected to Deuba’s move stating that Deuba took the decision with an intention of suppressing the rival factions.
Meanwhile, NC leaders held discussions with visiting team of Bangaladeshi lawmakers. NC leaders and Bangladeshi lawmakers discussed about mutual help and cooperation between the two countries.
The discussion held at party president Deuba’s residence where NC general secretary Dr. Shashanka Koirala, leaders Pushpa Bhusal, Surendra Pandey, Narayan Khadka and Man Bahadur Bishowakarma were present
