Biratnagar, Feb 7: Senior leader of ruling Nepal Communist Party Madhav Kumar Nepal today said guilty, criminals and corrupt people should not be let off action.
He said so at a press conference at Biratnagar Airport.
On the US government's Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), leader Nepal viewed that there should not be placement of any unnecessary condition on the issue, saying an in-depth study was being carried out on the issue after forming a separate taskforce. The government would endorse MCC as it is for the welfare of the country, he clarified.
The government should move ahead correcting its shortcomings and spend foreign loans and investments in a planned way so as to realise country's goals of 'Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepalis', he said.
