By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 12: The ruling CPN-UML has called its Standing Committee meeting for 5:00 pm today.
Sher Bahadur Tamang, secretary of CPN-UML party office, informed that the meeting is being held at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar.
Similarly, leader Subash Chandra Nembang said that the consensus document made by the task force on Sunday would also be passed in the meeting. "Review of the mandamus order issued by the Supreme Court today will also be done," he added.
"Although the SC's verdict was unexpected, the party would respect the judiciary and welcome the verdict," said leader Tamang. He said that leaders from the Madhav Kumar Nepal-led faction might also participate in today's meeting.
