Kathmandu, Dec. 30: On the third day of the 8th general convention’s closed session of the CPN (Maoist Centre) on Wednesday, party delegates of 11 groups presented their views on the political report of chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.
In the closed session held at the meeting hall of Nepal Academy, Kathmandu, leaders of 11 groups presented their conclusion of the group discussion over the political report.
According to publicity subcommittee of the convention, Wednesday’s session ended after 11 groups presented their conclusion.
According to the subcommittee, the rest of the groups will give their presentation on Thursday, which will start from 11 am. In all, 25 groups have been formed to discuss the report.
The programme of the closed session moved ahead on Wednesday after Giriraj Mani Pokharel presented the code of conduct to move the closed session for the day.
According to the party, Ram Narayan Bidari from advisor group, Satyanarayan Bhagat from Province-2, Tank Rai from commission, Gayatri Gurung from Gandaki Province, Ajambar Kamwang Rai and Harka Bahadur Nembang from Province-1, Manarishi Dhital from Abroad Coordinating Committee and Saral Sahyatri from Bagmati Province, Geeta Paneru from Central Department, Min Bahadur Kunwar from Far Western Province and Bimala KC from Karnali Province presented the conclusion of their respective groups.
The closed session of fifth day will resume from 11 am on Thursday. Another 14 groups will present the conclusions of the group discussion in the closed door session, the party informed.
