Biratnagar, March 26 : Chief Minister of State-1 Sher Dhan Rai has pledged to make maximum efforts for the control and treatment of coronavirus pneumonia.
In a video message delivered on Wednesday evening, Rai shared that the State was working with 23-point plan of actions to combat COVID-19.
Stating that the government shall ensure the good health and treatment of the commoners, Chief Minister Rai asked the folks to seriously abide by the calls made from the State Government for the precaution against COVID-19.
He was of the statement that the State Government was working round the clock with coordination of all agencies in its fight against deadly coronavirus.
According to Chief Minister Rai, the State has so far developed 989-bed quarantines in 44 sites in the State and surveillance of entrants from Indian territory has been beefed up.
In his message, Rai also shared that 19 individuals from the State had the sample tests in the suspicion of COVID-19 but all had tested for negative.
