Hetauda, Oct 9: Chief Minister of State 3, Dormani Poudel, said on Wednesday that the state government had invested highest amount of budget in the development of agriculture sector.
Visiting different agro farms at Hetauda, Chief Minister Poudel said that the investment towards the agro sector would be increased in days ahead.
He said that the state government had brought many programmes to attract youths towards agriculture, adding that there were immense potentialities in the sector. The Chief Minister further said that initiatives would be taken to resolve problems of farmers and to bring modern technology to increase production.
Saying that the state government had given first priority to agro, CM Poudel said that the entire nation would be prosperous if production was increased through agro promotion.
On the occasion, Poudel was briefed about irrigation problem and the Chief Minister expressed commitment to provide support for irrigation facility.
