By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 1: Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana has scheduled hearing of six writ petitions related to habeas corpus today.
The hearing of four petitions has been scheduled in joint-bench while the remaining two cases are supposed to be heard on a single bench.
CJ Rana has not assigned himself to any bench today.
