By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 12: Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana has assigned eight benches in the Supreme Court (SC) today.
He has assigned a single bench and seven joint benches to hear the cases for Friday.
The SC has informed that today's cause-list includes cases of all types. However, CJ Rana has not assigned any bench to himself.
Meanwhile, issuing a press statement, Advocate Lila Mani Poudel, general secretary of Nepal Bar Association (NBA), said that the NBA had decided to boycott all hearings except hearing on the writ of habeas corpus.
