By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct. 24: Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana is holding a meeting with the office-bearers of the Nepal Bar Association (NBA).
On Sunday morning, the representatives of the NBA had reached the Supreme Court (SC) to hold talks with the Chief Justice.
Devendra Dhakal, information officer at the SC, said that CJ Rana is currently in conversation with the team of NBA led by Chairman Chandeshwor Shrestha.
On Friday, the NBA had given a deadline of 15 days to the SC to express commitment to implement an automated cause-list.
The NBA had provided time of 15 days to the Top Court to implement recommendations made by Justice Hari Krishna Karli-led committee in a time-bound manner. The committee had recommended the SC implement an automated cause-list.
