By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct 4: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said that homework has been done with a view to expanding the Council of Ministers today itself.
Addressing the national assembly of Nepal Intellectuals' Organisation at his party headquarters in Paris Danda, the Chairman of a major ruling party said, "We are making efforts to reach a conclusion so that the oath-taking ceremony is held today itself, but, if this is not achieved, we will surely make the final decision."
Chairman Prachanda told the participants of the assembly that he was too busy to stay till the end of the programme as he had to be involved in making decisions related to the Cabinet.
The former Prime Minister urged the intellectuals to continue intellectual discourse to avert the danger related to the scrapping of the constitution and pushing the country into a political accident.
He said the Maoist Center was taking initiatives for unity with the other communist parties in the country.
