Kathmandu, Feb. 20: The meeting of the Business Advisory Committee summoned by Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota before the Parliament meeting is underway.
The meeting is being held at Shankar Hall of the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor, said Shridhar Neupane, Press Coordinator of Speaker Sapkota.
Nepali Congress Whip Pushpa Bhushal, Maoist Whip Dev Gurung, Jivan Ram Shrestha of CPN (Unified Socialist) and other lawmakers are participating in the meeting.
Earlier, a meeting of the ruling coalition held at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar had agreed to table the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) project in Parliament.
