By Siraj Khan, Nepalgunj, April 6: The Buddha Air aircraft that flew to Kathmandu from Dhangadhi made an emergency landing at Nepalgunj airport Wednesday morning.
The Police informed that the airplane made an emergency landing as Supreme Court Justice Bam Kumar Shrestha got a sudden respiratory problem while aboard the plane bound to Kathmandu from Dhangadhi.
Janak Budha, subordinate inspector of the Nepal Police and also the chief of the airport security police in Nepalgunj, said that the emergency landing was made upon the request of justice Shrestha following his health problem.
After justice Shrestha and his bodyguards got off the plane, the Buddha Airplane flew to Kathmandu at about 10 am, according to the police.
Justice Shrestha was administered a simple treatment at the VIP lounge of the airport and when his health became normal, he went to his relative's for taking rest.
