By Deepak Gyawali, Butwal, Oct. 2: The Council of Ministers of State 5 has decided to keep the State Capital in Baluwang of Dang district.
Sudarshan Baral, Social Development Minister of State 5, said that the decision was taken in the meeting of Council of Ministers of the state held today.
A proposal to this regard has been registered at the State Assembly. Name of the State has been proposed as Lumbini in the proposal registered at the SA.
Meanwhile, security arrangement in Butwal has been beefed up.
