By TRN Online, Feb. 5: Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) is filing a petition at the Special Court demanding action against those involved in transferring the land of Lalita Niwas, Baluwatar, into private ownership.
CIAA, through the petition will be demanding departmental action against former ministers and government officials involved in the land scam.
Pushparaj Pandey, spokesperson at the Special Court, said that the court was verifying CIAA’s petition.
