By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 24: Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana has fixed 10 benches at the Supreme Court for today.
266 cases have been scheduled in the ten benches - two single and remaining eight joint ones, according to the SC.
Schedule of all kinds of cases including habeas corpus has been fixed.
Joint benches have been fixed for justice duo Deep Kumar Karki and Prakash Kumar Dhungana, Mira Khadka and Hari Prasad Phuyal, Harikrishna Karki and Kumar Regmi, Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha and Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Bam Kumar Shrestha and Dr. Kumar Chudal, Anil Kumar Sinha and Sapana Pradhan Malla, Prakashman Singh Raut and Nahakul Subedi, and Tej Bahadur KC and Tanka Bahadur Moktan.
Similarly, single bench are fixed for Ananda Mohan Bhattarai and Sushmalata Mathema, according to the SC.
