By A Staff Reporter , Kathmandu, Apr. 7 : Filmmaker Dinesh Lingden has begun making a Limbu language film Reet.
Lawmaker and former Water Supply Minister Bina Magar began the shooting of the movie amidst a function on Tuesday.
The film is being produced under the banner of Falgunanda Lingden Films.
Former Minister for State Shri Prasad Jabegu, and Bimala Khajum, Bishal Senehang, Ayush Neyong, Yaseli Yonghang, Bhim Thebe, Uday Subba, Asli Banem, Dilip Yonghang and others will be acting in the film.
The film will be shot in Taplejung, Panchthar and Ilam, the three districts of Province-1 having dominant population of the Limbus.
Sagar Kerung has written the story, script and dialogue of the film. Ram Neyong Limbu, Sanjip Kumar Lingden, Bikram Payangu and Dhanraj Khadka are co-producers.
Meanwhile, Singer Nisha Kandel has released her popular song Tasbir-2.
Tika Dahal has composed this love song written by lyricist Bishnu Babu Devkota. The song is sung by Nisha Kandel and Aman Pradhan. Singer Pradhan's father Rahul Pradhan has arranged the music of the song.
Its music video features popular film artistes Akash Shrestha and Puja Sharma. The video was shot by Buddha Thapa and edited by Bikash Dhamala.
Directed by Nikesh Khadka, the video is presented by Legends International's Education.
