By Gokarna Dayal, Baitadi, Apr. 26: One was killed after jeep-carrying wedding guests met with an accident at Patan in Baitadi on Monday. Likewise, the bridge and the groom have been injured in the accident.
The jeep with registration number Su. Pra. Pa 001 Ja 377 met with an accident at Ghattikhola in Patan Municipality-6 at around 5:50 on Monday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Devdutta Joshi, 55, of Dasarathchand Municipality-9 who was the groom's uncle.
Similarly, driver Tarkaraj Joshi has been seriously injured. Basanta Bista, a local journalist informed that the locals and police were jointly rescuing the passengers.
The reason behind the accident has not been ascertained yet.
