Kathmandu, July 20: Minister for Home Affairs Balkrishna Khand has opined to prioritize cooperative sectors in managing the anti-COVID-19 vaccines.
Talking to a delegation of the National Cooperatives Federation, Minister Khand argued that the government was managing the vaccines to all and sensitive, and directly linked public sectors would be prioritized in course of immediate management of the vaccines.
He added that the cooperative sector was directly linked with the national economy and common public therefore it should be prioritized in the vaccination bids.
On the occasion, the federation chair Minraj Kandel said that the sector was compelled to bear the risk of lack of vaccination.
