Narayan Prasad Bhatta, CDO of Lalipur, said, that meeting was held among three CDOs of the Valley to consider shutting down the Valley or 15 days, considering the increasing threat of COVID-19 spread.
"Deliberations have been made to suspend all services, except essential ones, provided by the District Administration Offices (DAOs) for 15 days," said CDO Bhatta.
Bhatta said that decision had been made in the meeting to strictly implement the odd-even traffic rule and punish those who are found moving around in public places without wearing masks.
