Kathmandu, Sept 9 : Nepal Tarun Dal, the sister organisation of the Nepali Congress, has provided health supplies to Patan Hospital and Bir Hospital.
Tarun Dal provided health supplies today on the occasion of the 107th birth anniversary of founding leader of the Nepali Congress and former Prime Minister, the late Bisheshwor Prasad Koirala.
It provided 1,000 masks, 20 PPE sets and 200 face shields each to Patan Hospital and Bir Hospital. On the occasion, President of Nepal Tarun Dal, Jeet Jung Basnet, said that they provided the health supplies to health workers working in the frontline for people’s health service at a time when COVID-19 risk is increasing.
Mahasamiti member of the Nepali Congress, Haribol Bhattari, and Menz Foundation chair Menz Khan had provided the health supplies to Nepal Tarun Dal.
Similarly, Nepal Tarun Dal had already sent a circular to all District Committees to observe the 107th BP birth anniversary by organising various programme maintaining social distance.
The Nepali Congress and its sister organisations have been celebrating BP Jayanti by organizing various programmes today.
