By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug. 19: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has confirmed six COVID-19 related deaths today.
Six persons, two males, and six females succumbed to the virus infection in the last 24 hours, informed Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson of the ministry in the daily press briefing today.
Two male COVID-19 patients each from Kathmandu and Bardiya and four female COVID-19 patients from Morang, Bhaktapur, Chitwan, and Sunsari died in the last 24 hours while receiving treatment at various health facilities across the nation.
With this, the COVID-19 death toll has reached 120.
