By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug. 12: Preparations are underway to hold a diplomatic meeting between Nepal and India about the ongoing border issue at Kalapani, Limpiyadhura and Lipu Lekh area.
The Indian Express has stated that the meeting is likely to be held next week.
Bharat Raj Poudel, spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), said that discussions were going on to hold a secretary-level meeting.
“We have been talking to our counterparts in India about the meeting that needs to be held to discuss oversight projects between Nepal and India. But the decision as to the date, time and modality of the meeting is yet to be made,” said Poudel.
