Kaski, Aug 18 : With the increasing number of coronavirus infection cases, prohibitory order has been issued in Kaski district for six days. The prohibitory order would be implemented from this mid-night till August 23.
A meeting of the District Crisis Management Committee, Kaski, held today took the decision in this regard, said Assistant Chief District Officer, Shreenath Poudel.
All shops except food stuffs and medicine would remain closed during the period. Nobody could come out from home during the prohibition period.
Vehicles having pass from District Administration Office except of health workers, media persons and essential service could not come into operation while government offices, banks and financial institutions would remain closed.
The prohibitory order has been issued thinking that coronavirus infection might be spread as there would be movement of large number of people on the occasion of Kushe Ausi (father's day) and teej festival, it is said.
