Nepal's COVID-19 death toll hits 371 with 11 fatalities

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept. 15: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) on Tuesday confirmed 11 COVID-19 related deaths.

"11 persons, four females and seven males, succumbed to the virus infection in the last 24 hours," revealed the daily report released by the MoHP today.

A 64-year-old male of Sarlahi, a 35-year-old female of Suraha, a male and a female both aged 55 of Bara, an 86-year-old female and three males aged 34, 96 and 66 of Kathmandu, a 61-year-old male of -Makwanpur, a 64-year-old female of Rupandehi and a 58-year-old male of Kapilvastu, who were infected with the novel coronavirus, died while receiving treatment at various health facilities across the nation.

With this, the national COVID-19 tally has reached 371 and the death rate stands at 0.65 per cent.
