By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug. 15: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) confirmed three COVID-19 related deaths today.
Three persons each from Kapilvastu, Parsa and Dhanusa succumbed to the virus infection taking the COVID-19 death toll to 102, said Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson of the ministry in the daily press briefing today.
A 40-year-old male of Kapilvastu, who had tested positive for the virus, died on August 15, while receiving treatment at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
A 60-year-old male of Birgunj Metropolitan City-12, Parsa, succumbed to the virus on August 14 while receiving treatment at Narayani Temporary COVID-19 Hospital, Gandak.
Likewise, a 50-year-old male COVID-19 patient of Janaknandani Municipality-4, Dhanusa died on August 13.
