Kathmandu, June 23 : The standing committee (SC) meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) is scheduled at 11:00 am on Wednesday. According to party office secretary Ishwari Rijal, the meeting is taking place at the Official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar in the capital.
He added that the party chair duo KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' will present the political report. The SC member Beduram Bhusal shared that the agendas for discussion include government performance, party activities, future work load and remaining task of party unification.
Likewise, another SC member Devendra Poudel shared that the issues of government performance, millennium challenge compact (MCC), budget, and COVID-19 effects would be discussed in the meeting.
SC members including invitee members are scheduled to participate in the meeting.
