Bharatpur, Sept 15 : The Narayangarh-Muglin road stretch has been blocked again after a landslide took place at Ichhakamana rural municipality-6, Chorkhola at around 10.30 last night.
Earlier, the one-way traffic was made possible on Monday evening after clearing off the road in the afternoon. The two-way road traffic has been obstructed again due to recurring landslides.
Spokesperson of District Police Office Chitwan Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Surya Bahadur Thapa shared that the task of removing debris has not begun yet due to incessant rain.
Likewise, the road stretch has also been disrupted after a giant tree got uprooted and toppled across the road section at Bharatpur metropolis-1, Bhateri, the district administration office informed.
The Narayangarh-Muglin road section has witnessed disruption dozens of time this year alone.
