Kathmandu, April 4: The parliamentary hearing on the proposed judges for Supreme Court, Kumar Chundal and Nahakul Subedi is scheduled for April 16, according to Committee's President, Laxman Lal Karna.
The meeting of the Parliamentary Hearing Committee held today garnered information from the complainants against the proposed judges.
There were two complaints against proposed judge Chundal while five against Subedi.
Among five complainants against the proposed Justice Subedi, four attended the committee meeting and put forth their views.
The meeting discussed thoroughly the questions that raised overcapacity and other issues against the proposed judges, according to President Karna.
However, those against Chundal did not attend the meeting.
