Myagdi, Aug 25 : Four dengue and scrub typhus infected patients were detected in Myagdi in a day.
The Beni Hospital diagnosed them with dengue and scrub typhus infections on Monday after the patients having high fever had visited the district health facility for treatment.
Hospital’s information officer Prakash Subedi shared dengue and scrub typhus infections were diagnosed with a 32-year-old woman of Beni municipality-4, Singa, 22-year-old woman of the municipality-5, Pulachaur and 33-year-old man of Annapurna rural municipality-4, Narchynag.
However, 1 33-year-old woman of Annapurna rural municipality-6, Pokharebagar was detected with dengue only.
They all are receiving treatment at Beni Hospital. Myagdi district alone recorded 37 dengue and 12 scrub typhus cases this year.
