By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 15: Infection of SARS-C0V-2 that causes COVID-19 has been confirmed in five more people of the Kathmandu Valley- four in Kathmandu district and one in Lalitpur district.
Dr. Jageshor Gautam, spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population, informed about this during the daily press briefing held on Monday.
A person of Kathmandu was found infected with the virus in the PCR test conducted at Dhulikhel laboratory while in the test carried out at National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) another person of Kathmandu was detected with the virus. In the test carried out in Patan Hospital laboratory, two persons of Kathmandu and one person of Lalitpur were found to have been infected with the contagion.
