Banepa, Dec 16 : The Namobuddha Municipal Youth Council has begun consultation on how the youths could be made entrepreneur and good governance and transparency maintained in society.

The Council launched the programme in a bid to localize the concept of sustainable development with youth participation.    

The consultation programme kicked off from Ward No 11 of Namobuddha Municipality here today. Municipality Mayor Tanka Prasad Timilsina said at the programme that they would ease the provision on providing concessional loan for youth employment within municipality. It will also contribute to capacity development of youths.    

He urged the youths to promote the good governance, and claimed that the dream of prosperous municipality would be realized with the participation of youths.

    
Similarly, the Municipal Youth Council informed that the youths would be provided entrepreneurial counseling, skill-based training, concessional loan and financial literacy.   

 
Chief Administrative Officer at municipality, Raj Poudel, said it is high time to inspire youths for good work.

It is good initiative in deed to have such programmes in the rural settlements, he said, adding that training could be provided to youths based on their needs.
