By Dipak Gyawali, Kapilvastu, May 12: A 25-year old health worker at the Kapilvastu District Hospital tested positive for the virus today.
Dirgha Narayan Poudel, Chief District Officer of Kapilvastu, informed that out of nine swab samples of health workers collected in the hospital, one health worker tested positive for the virus.
It has been assumed that he might have been infected with COVID-19 while collecting swab samples of people residing at quarantine in Kapilvastu Municipality.
