By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 10: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has confirmed 42 new cases of COVID-19 in the Kathmandu valley today.
Of the infected, 18 are from Kathmandu, 13 are from Lalitpur and one is from Bhaktapur, informed Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson of the ministry in the daily press briefing today.
Till the date, 314 have tested positive for COVID-19 in the Kathmandu valley. Of the total, 209 are from Kathmandu, 61 are from Lalitpur and 44 are from Bhaktapur.
Meanwhile, the national COVID-19 tally has reached 16,649 including 8,011 cases of recovery and 35 death cases.
