By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept. 1: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) on Tuesday confirmed 11 COVID-19 related deaths.
A four-year-old girl and 10 males succumbed to the virus infection in the last 24 hours, informed Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson of the ministry in the daily press briefing today.
Mahottari’s four-year-old girl and 10 males aged 37 of Mahottari, 65 of Siraha, 53, 80 and 60 of Parsa, 60 of Bara, 52 of Chitwan, 70 and 35 of Kathmandu and 58 of Makwanpur, who were infected with the novel coronavirus, died in the last 24 hours.
With this, the COVID-19 death toll in Nepal has reached 239.
