Tulsipur, May 7 : A total of 10 COVID-19 patients who were undergoing treatment at COVID-19 Special Hospital at Beljhundi in Dang district have returned home after their recovery.
According to the Hospital’s medical superintendent Dr Sarbesh Sharma, five persons from Banke district, two each from Kapilvastu and Dang district and one from Bardiya were discharged from the Hospital today.
They were sent home after they tested negative for COVID-19 during their treatment and some ceased to show symptoms, informed Dr Sharma.
According to the Guidelines prepared by the Ministry of Health and Population regarding COVID-19 case isolation management, any patients not showing any COVID-19 symptoms during the treatment would be discharged from hospital after 14 days.
Now, there are 45 COIVD-19 patients undergoing treatment in Beljhundi.
