By Mukunda Gaire, Kathmandu, Apr. 8: The Supreme Court has decided that no hearing on the writ petition filed demanding mandamus order to the Prime Minister to obtain the vote of confidence from the House of Representatives (HoR).
The Top Court, via its website, informed that the hearing on the writ petition would not take place.
A single bench of Justice Bam Kumar Shrestha took a decision to this effect.
