Janakpurdham, Mar. 3: The third edition of Janakpur Literature Festival is beginning in Janakpurdham on Friday. The third edition of the festival is being organised by Mithila Foundation, Nepal, from March 3 to 5.
The details of the festival were made public amid a press conference held in Janakpur on Thursday. “The festival aims to promote Nepali literature and culture of Madhes,” said Priyanka Jha, coordinator of the festival.
According to Jha, local, cultural and political issues will be discussed in the festival.
There will be 12 sessions in the festival where speakers will express their views on sectors like music, culture, civilisation and politics.
