By A Staff Reporter , Kathmandu, Mar. 31 : Newly appointed six members of Nepal Academy of Music and Drama took oath of office at the Academy here on Tuesday.
Among 15 assembly members, six members, including Baba Basnet, Bhumika Subba, Sunil Maskey, Shishir Yogi, Pradip Bomjon and Laxman Gammnage ( Laxmi Prasad Bhattarai) were administered the oath by Chancellor of the Academy Narayan Bhakta Shrestha.
Chancellor Shrestha handed over the identity card and logo of the academy to them after administering oath.
Speaking on the occasion, Chancellor Shrestha said that the Academy was happy to welcome the new members in the Academy and believed that their involvement would be fruitful for the Academy’s further development.
