By Our Correspondent, Bara, Mar. 30: Sanja Devi, a 65-year-old woman, died while undergoing treatment for the injuries sustained during a clash while playing Fagu at Ward 23 of Kalaiya Sub-metropolitan City.
A police team was deployed after authorities were informed that a clash had occurred while playing Fagu.
Police found seven injured when they arrived at the scene. The clash was a result of dispute while enjoying the festival.
Devi, one of the seven injured, was rushed to Bhawani Hospital in Birgunj but died during treatment. Other six injured individuals are receiving treatment at the National Medical College.
Likewise, Om Prakash Gupta, 23, and four others have been arrested for their involvement in the clash.
