Kathmandu, Aug. 2: Gokarna Prasad Aryal has been appointed Managing Editor of the Gorkhapatra daily.
Gorkhapatra Corporation management appointed Executive Editor Aryal was appointed to the position effective from Monday.
Aryal holds a Master’s Degree in Rural Development from Tribhuvan University and Diploma in Development Journalism from Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi.
Similarly, acting managing editor of Gorkhapatra Daily Junar Basnet has been appointed as the editor of Muna Monthly, also effective from Monday.
