Rupandehi, Jan 19 : The Lubmini Traffic Police has introduced time card to tippers in a bid to minimize road accidents. The time card is effective from Dovan of Palpa to Butwal, and from Butwal to Bhairahawa.
The Traffic Police Office here informed at a press meet on Monday that time card was launched reasoning that tippers run speedily along the above mentioned road section were causing accidents.
As per time card, the tippers must spend 33 minutes to complete 11-km road from Dovan, Palpa to Butwal and 46 minutes to complete 23-km road from Butwal to Sunwal. Similarly, they have to spend 56 minute before completing 28-km road from Dovan, Palpa to Anchalpur of Bhairahawa.
