Kathmandu, Nov 19 (RSS):
The main opposition party, Nepali Congress, has unveiled commitment-paper of the party for November 30 by-election.
NC Spokesperson Bishwo Prakash Sharma released "Nepali Congress's Declaration" amidst a news conference organised at NC Central Office today.
The 21-page commitment-paper has incorporated about the party's 21 months as opposition party, historical achievements gained in NC's leadership and activities failed to carry out by incumbent government in 21 months.
Progress made by NC-led government in economic, social, health, education and infrastructure sectors has been mentioned in detail in the commitment paper.
