Kathmandu, Feb. 25: The government has appointment two members to the board of directors of Gorkhapatra Corporation.
A minister-level decision of the Government of Nepal appointed Raju Kumar Mahat and Kabita Adhikari to the board.
Mahat, a resident of Chandragiri Municipality-15, has been working in the Corporation for the past 22 years and was appointed as a representative of the corporation employees.
Similarly, Adhikari, who is from Sunawarshi Municipality-3, Morang, has been in journalism for the past 12 years.
She was appointed to represent journalists and writers in the board.
Both of them are appointed for a term of four years.
