By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct. 29: The world's most popular social media site Facebook has changed its corporate name to 'Meta' in a major rebrand.
Addressing a programme on Thursday, Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, informed that the company had been renamed to Meta. Similarly, the new logo of the company has also been made public.
He said that the changed name of the company would not be effective in apps including Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp. Only the name of the parent company of these apps is changed, Zuckerberg said.
