Kathmandu, Oct. 31: Minister for Education, Science and Technology Devendra Poudel monitored four schools in Birgunj on Friday.
Minister Poudel visited Madrasha Tauheedul Islam Salfia Secondary School, Tri-Juddha Mahavir Prasad Raghuvir Ram Secondary School, Shree Nrishingh Secondary School Piparamanth and Kulsum Lilbanat Girls College.
During the monitoring, headmasters of those schools drew the attention of Minister Poudel to the issues related to physical infrastructure and teachers’ quotas.
Minister Poudel expressed his commitment to support needy community schools through President's educational reform programme and others.
