Recovered god idols handed to National Museum

Metropolitan Police Circle of Kalimati and Metropolitan Police Range of Lalitpur handed over archaeologically and historically important idols of several gods and goddessee to the Department of Archaeology (DoA) on Friday to keep them safely at the National Museum of Chhauni. Aren’t you driving with a fake license? Be careful, from now on, the traffic police have started an on-the-spot check through a mobile application. Amidst a special function organised at the Metropolitan Traffic Police Division (MTPD), the Department of Transport Management (DoTM) made public a mobile app to control the use of fake drivers’ licenses and handed it over to the Division on Monday.

The Election Commission (EC) has set a deadline to apply for a copy of the voter ID card if it is lost or damaged in any case. Issuing a statement on Monday, the EC said that a copy of the voter’s identity card can be obtained by submitting an application to the concerned district election office by March 4 on the recommendation of the ward office.
