Petition filed demanding Paul’s bail

Actor Paul Shah, who has been remanded in custody for trial on charge of raping a minor, has filed a petition in the Pokhara High Court seeking release on bail. The lawyers of the actor lodged the petition against the order of District Court Tanahun on Tuesday. APPON clarifies on Cetamol production

The Association of Pharmaceutical Producers of Nepal (APPON) stated that they will be producing both 500mg and 650mg paracetamol. Issuing a statement on Monday, APPON revealed that they had no plan to stop the production of 500mg paracetamol tablets. There had been rumours that the pharmaceutical companies were planning to introduce 650mg paracetamol in a bid to increase its price. APPON denied the rumours and claimed that they would produce both the doses.

Zoo to be constructed in historic Manimukunda Park
