NC active members reach 852,711

Distributing 852,711 active membership, Central Active Membership Probe Committee of the Nepali Congress on Tuesday submitted its report to party president Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is also the Prime Minister. The party granted the active membership in view of the party's upcoming 14th general convention scheduled for September 1 to 4. 

Birekhola waterfall bustling with visitors

The waterfall of the Birekhola River near Martadi is currently bustling with domestic tourists. The bulging volume of trade deficit with India is attributable to the hefty imports over the year. The imports of Nepal from India were 4 times the imports from China.
