House of Representatives meeting scheduled for April 5  

The House of Representatives will convene at 1.0pm on April 5. The meeing of the Lower House of the Federal Parliament was earlier scheduled for 1.0 pm on March 26 and it has been postponed to April 5 due to the risk of coronavirus infection, the Federal Parliament Secretariat said.    

State-2 Chief Minister directs secretaries to put in every effort to prevent COVID-19 

The Chief Minister of State-2, Lalbabu Raut has instructed the secretaries of the various ministries under the State-2 Government, to exhaust all efforts towards fighting back coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. 

36-bed quarantine facility set up in Diktel

A 36-bed quarantine facility has been set up at Diktel Bazaar, the main business hub of Khotang District. The facility is built with cooperation from the Nepal Army's Gorakhnath Battalion at Mude.

Yadav who died at Corona Hospital tested negative for COVID-19

Santosh Yadav, who died at Bharatpur-based Corona Special Hospital on Tuesday, has tested negative for coronavirus infection. The test of his samples is found to be negative according to the lab report.
