Home Ministry intensifies monitoring of subordinate agencies

Government employee manhandling journalist arrested 

Indra Rajbanshi, an employee at the local Land Revenue Office, has been arrested on the charge of assaulting journalists. Police held Rajbanshi this morning for investigation after one of the victims filed a complaint against him.

One arrested with 10 kg hashish  

A person has been arrested with 10 kilogrammes of hashish in the district. Chief of Baitadi Police, Deputy Superintendent of Police Narayan Prasad Adhikari said that Man Bahadur Dhanuk, 30, of Bungal municipality-9 has been arrested.
